Low-cost SAW-resonator ASK/OOK transmitter at 315 MHz, 2.1–5.5 V supply. Output power is 16 dBm at 5 V / 12 dBm at 3.3 V; data rate 300 Hz–10 kHz. FCC and ETSI compliant; use with a matching receiver for remote control or wireless sensor links.
