XIAO MG24 — Matter / Thread / BLE 5.3

Compact IoT board using Silicon Labs EFR32MG24 (78 MHz Cortex-M33, 256 KB RAM, 1.5 MB flash + SPI flash), supporting Matter over Thread and BLE 5.3. Suited for smart-home device development. No onboard sensors; see XIAO MG24 Sense for that variant.
