This is a great first stepper motor, good for small projects and experimenting with steppers. This uni-polar motor has a built-in mounting plate with two mounting holes. There are only 32 steps (11.25 degree) per revolution, and inside is a 1/16 reduction gear set.
Product page states orange and pink connect to one motor port, for example M1 on the Adafruit Motor Shield. The page gives the lead order as orange, pink, red, blue, yellow.
Product page states orange and pink connect to one motor port, for example M1 on the Adafruit Motor Shield.
Product page states red connects to ground, the middle connection when used with the Adafruit Motor Shield.
Product page states blue and yellow connect to the other motor port, for example M2 on the Adafruit Motor Shield.
Motor is specified for 5 V operation, with the page warning to stay under about 6 RPM at 5 V; Adafruit also notes 9 V over-drive in their test. · 5 V nominal motor drive guidance from product page.
Verify supply voltage and logic levels before powering up.
Module pins: Red lead, Orange lead, Pink lead, Blue lead, Yellow lead. Schematik maps them to your board in the app.
