2.4 GHz XBee S1 module running the peer-to-peer DigiMesh protocol with self-healing mesh and sleeping-router support. 0 dBm transmit power gives ~90 m line-of-sight range at 250 kbps. Lower cost and power than the XBee Pro sibling but shorter range.
