Brown wire - ground. Must share common ground with the controller and any external servo supply.
Red wire - servo power from a dedicated external supply. Do not power high-torque servos from a microcontroller regulator.
Orange wire - standard 50 Hz RC-servo signal, roughly 500-2500 us pulse width.
