Logic-level supply pin. Adafruit Learn states the chip can safely run from 3-5VDC and VIN should match the microcontroller logic level.
Common ground for power and logic.
I2C clock line. Adafruit Learn notes a 10K pull-up on this pin.
I2C data line. The Learn page labels this board pin SDI and says it is SDA, with a 10K pull-up.
STEMMA QT / Qwiic connector carrying the board I2C connection to compatible boards and accessories.
Two equivalent JST battery/load ports. Adafruit Learn says either port can connect the battery and the other can connect the charger or load; watch battery polarity if not using an Adafruit battery.
Interrupt output. Adafruit Learn says it can pull low when voltage or percentage drops below a threshold and is pulled up to VIN with a 10K resistor.
Thermistor input. Adafruit Learn says connect a 10K thermistor to THERM and the other thermistor side to ground to read battery-pack temperature.
