Adafruit MAX17048 LiPoly / LiIon Fuel Gauge and Battery Monitor

I2C fuel-gauge breakout based on the MAX17048. Reports LiPoly/LiIon cell voltage and percentage state-of-charge using ModelGauge estimation without an external sense resistor.
