Melexis Contact-less Infrared Sensor - MLX90614 5V

MLX90614 non-contact IR temperature sensor measuring -70 °C to +380 °C over a 90° FOV via I2C. This is the 5 V variant suited for classic Arduinos; the 3 V version is for modern 3.3 V microcontrollers.
