
GalaxyCore GC4653 4 MP back-side-illuminated rolling-shutter CMOS image sensor in a 41-pin CSP. It outputs up to 2560 x 1440 at 30 fps over a two-lane MIPI CSI-2 interface and uses SCLK/SDATA for control. This is a raw image-sensor IC, not a camera module or breakout board.
