IRLZ44N Logic-Level N-Channel MOSFET
Logic-level N-channel MOSFET commonly used as a low-side switch for DC loads from 3.3 V or 5 V microcontroller GPIO. Use a gate resistor, a gate pulldown, and a flyback diode for inductive loads.
